Email support@justbookclub.com with questions, problems, or ideas. A person reads every message, and we reply within 24 hours.

If something broke, telling us what you were doing when it happened and what you expected instead is usually all we need. You can also send feedback without leaving the app, from the You tab.

Quick answers

• Reporting content. Any post, comment, review, or message can be reported from inside the app by holding it down. We review every report within 24 hours.
• Blocking someone. Block any member from their profile in a club's settings. You stop seeing each other's posts and messages immediately, and you can undo it any time from You › Blocked members.
• Joining a club. Clubs are private and joined by invite code. Ask a member for theirs — there is no way to browse clubs you are not in.
• Deleting your account. From the You tab in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent; the privacy policy explains exactly what is erased.
